Measurements and size chart
This easy guide will help you take your body measurements correctly. For better accuracy, we recommend taking measurements while wearing underwear. You can also ask a friend to assist you for more precise results.
This is very simple to do. Take a sheet of letter-size paper and measure it — it should be 8.5 inches by 11 inches. If it doesn’t match those dimensions, you may need to use a different measuring tape.

- Underbust: Place the measuring tape directly under your bust and measure around your body.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. Wrap the tape around your waist like a belt, positioning it above your belly button and below your rib cage. If you bend sideways, the crease that appears shows your natural waistline. Do not hold in your stomach, as this can give an incorrect measurement. If you usually wear your clothes lower than your natural waist, take that measurement as well.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Start at one hip, wrap the tape around your buttocks and the other hip, and bring it back to the starting point. Make sure the tape stays straight and level. It may help to stand in front of a mirror while measuring.
- Thigh: Measure around the widest part of one thigh only.
5. Torso: Measure from between your legs, starting at the crotch area, up to your underbust line. Make sure the zero point of the measuring tape is positioned at the crotch (you can wear pants and use the inner crotch seam as your starting point). The tape should rest along the pubic bone as a guide. Continue measuring upward until you reach the fold beneath your breasts. You must lift your breasts slightly to clearly locate the underbust fold line for an accurate measurement.
